This application is for patients who have been enrolled to use it by their healthcare professional. The main purpose of the application is to help you manage your prescribed medication in conjunction with your healthcare professional. The application will capture the prescribed dose and medication use data. Based on your specific medication use pattern (adherence data), you will receive regular medication reminders and missed medication messages. With prior consent, questionnaires may be forwarded to you through the application to further assist with understanding current management.The application will also help AstraZeneca and it partners to improve the services offered to patients and the NHS.
